Questions
- Will the face change?
- No. We change only the clothes and the background. The face stays the same, and the expression starts as it is in your photo. You see a free preview first, so you can check the face before you pay.
- Which photo works best?
- One clear everyday photo that shows the face and the shoulders, facing the camera or slightly turned. A group photo is fine: crop it to the person after you upload. The page tells you if the face is too small, too dark or blurred.
- Can I prepare my own portrait in advance?
- Yes. Many people prepare a portrait they are happy with ahead of time. The steps are the same.
- How long does it take?
- A preview takes about one to two minutes. After payment the 24 photos are usually ready within 15 minutes.
- Can I take the file straight to a print shop?
- Yes. Every photo has a print file (3072 × 4096 pixels) sized for a 15-inch frame. Give it to a print shop or to the funeral company.
- What if none of the photos is right?
- Write to us and we make the photos again once, free of charge. There is no refund once the photos are made.
